Our Baguio Central Reservations Office is in need of Training Manager, who will design, develop and manage performance enhancing training programs and tools for Brands, Hotel Operations, and Leadership development, for delivery across all regions and stakeholder areas. Develop, validate, and manage the integration of best practices into training materials. Your day to day
Essential duties and responsibilities - 
Create and maintain training materials using established training methodology including both participant and leader formats, in accordance with all regions and stakeholder specifications (such as Instructor led workshops, e-learning, virtual learning, mobile learning, gamification, video, etc.).
Identify and develop new opportunities and methods for delivery.
Provide recommendations on training approaches and strategies, design methodologies and training distribution and measurement/evaluation of training content.
Create global and regional documentation and performance enhancing training tools, incorporating strategic use of systems/products into training documentation.
Direct the development of training programs with 3rd party vendors. Work and collaborate to develop specifications for each initiative, including but not limited to selection of target audience, creative approach; review/recommend changes for the training products.
Gather, develop, and manage best practices across all regions and stakeholders. Integrate best practices and tools into training documentation.
Liaise with global and regional learning teams and stakeholders to complete training needs assessments, collaborate on training content development and feedback solicitation.
Execute training to key stakeholders so they can provide expert services to their constituents. Certify regional trainers on training material (train the trainer), and mentor initial training sessions to ensure consistent delivery.
Support the training deployment efforts of all regions and key stakeholders, share best practices and provide feedback to all regions and key stakeholders. Assist all regions with the deployment activities involved in global rollout.
Function as subject matter expert on relevant initiatives and issues to convey to the global and regional teams, training departments, field support teams and other key stakeholders.
Liaise and provide support to regional teams to resolve hotel issues relating to training content.

EXPLORATION RESOURCE GEOLOGIST
Accomplish geological modeling and mineral resource estimates
Assess applicability of resource estimation parameters
Perform QA/QC checks of historical and current drill hole database
Identify and report information gaps within the model that requires further exploration work

Qualifications:
The candidate must be a licensed Geologist or equivalent
With relevant experience in gold and copper epithermal and porphyry; geostatistics and resource estimation background, preferred

Senior Field Technician
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Field Technician (SFT) is responsible for field-level technical assistance, project monitoring, and coordination in the target regions (CAR, Region 1 and Region 2). The SFT is expected to be the local representative of the project and ensure a collaborative work environment that is non-discriminatory and promotes open dialogue on gender-related and culturally sensitive issues. The position requires frequent travel often to remote locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability to collaborate and work with Local Government Units, various government agencies, government and private extension agents, cooperatives, financial institutions, agribusinesses and other community stakeholders in a multi-sector setting.
Proven ability to provide technical assistance and coordinate field-level activities and interventions.
Good grasp and understanding of market systems approach for coffee crops.
Strong written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to write required documents such as periodic reports in a clear, concise, well-organized manner.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office software)
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal communications skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, training and workshops.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Rural/Community development, Social Development, Forestry/Environment or other related field.
Experienced in training development, and management, field project monitoring and data collection of agricultural projects and supervising staff for at least three (3) years;
Background in high value and plantation crops is desirable

•Post all bank transactions, all invoices and bills in QuickBooks.
•Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
•Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information; Schedule of Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Salary Reports.
•Adjustments on entries if required.
•Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping all information confidential.
•Preparing weekly client update reports to be sent to company owners.
•Responsible for closing her assigned companies on a monthly basis, and follow up with the clients to make sure this happens
•Process company payroll.
•Process government requirements (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR, SEC).
•Process banking duties for the company.
